Villa Calabash has six beautifully appointed bedroom suites on the first floor, five of which are ensuite. Two principal suites share a private ocean-view balcony, two additional suites share another balcony. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has ceiling-fans. The typical occupancy is up to 12 guests; depending on bed configurations (e.g. king/twin options), these can often be tailored – please confirm for your dates.

Highlights include a large pool with sun loungers, poolside washrooms, a barbecue, a pool table, and a garden fire pit for sunset cocktails. Indoors you will find a modern and open-plan kitchen, a media room, bi-fold doors opening to the pool terrace and central air-conditioning. Wellness features include a fully equipped gym and dedicated space with a massage table for in-villa treatments. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

A private pathway with a coded gate leads directly to Gibbs Beach, with an outdoor shower for convenience. The typically calm West Coast waters are excellent for swimming and snorkelling. Your concierge can arrange catamaran cruises, turtle encounters, paddleboards, kayaks, and scuba or freediving with trusted local operators.

The villa is staffed with a Cook, Housekeeper and Laundress. Daily housekeeping is provided, laundry can be taken care of, and the Cook prepares meals tailored to your preferences. Food and beverages are usually charged at cost with a provisioning fee; pre-arrival shopping can be organised and receipts provided. Additional services – such as spa therapists, childcare/babysitting, private drivers and yoga/personal training – can be arranged upon request.

Cots/cribs and highchairs can often be arranged with notice., Please note the pool is unfenced and all bedrooms are on the first floor, so supervision is essential for young children and access may be challenging for guests with limited mobility. Minimum stay is 5 nights, with longer requirements over festive periods. Standard check-in is usually from mid-afternoon and check-out by late morning; flexibility may be possible, but subject to availability. A booking deposit and a refundable security/damage deposit commonly apply. Small, private gatherings may be considered with prior approval; pets are generally not permitted; smoking is usually limited to designated outdoor areas.
